As to how many time is prayer time, that is up to you.  I like to seek Him early every morning the first thing when I wake up, making Him first in everything I do.  The amount of time is also up to you but again I like to give Him an hour each morning.  But you can pray many times during the day.  In everything you should seek the Lord and ask His advice and instruction and direction.  He is happy to help 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
